Lodge & Legacy Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
Lodge & Legacy stands behind the quality of every item we create. Because our products are made on demand and often customized to order, we ask that you carefully review sizing charts, design details and personalization options before completing your purchase. If an item arrives defective, damaged or significantly different from its description, we will make it right.
Accepted Return Reasons
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged items: Items that arrive with manufacturing defects, printing errors, tears or broken components.
- Incorrect item received: If you receive the wrong product, size, color or personalization.
- Significantly not as described: The received item differs materially from the product description or images.
Because each piece is printed or crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or custom text errors provided by the customer. Please double‑check personalization details before ordering.
Time Frame
- Domestic orders (U.S.): Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any issues. Return packages must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- International orders: Contact us within 21 days of delivery. Return packages must be shipped back within 45 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact us: Email support@lodgeandlegacy.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of any defects. We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approval & return label: If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. International customers will receive instructions and reimbursement for reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt.
- Inspection & resolution: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or replaced free of charge. We’ll notify you once the refund has been processed.
Non‑returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase without penalty. After 2 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Exchanges
We can exchange defective or incorrect items for the same product. If you need a different size or color, we’ll treat the request as a return (if eligible) and ask you to place a new order.
